| Administration Tools |
| The Media Community Provides a comprehensive secure, web-based Administration interface to ensure that the content, user management and site operation is always at its best. The Media Community Platform supports any number of administrator users allowing the responsibility of managed the service to be shared across a workgroup or disciplines. |
| Content Moderation |
 |
Content in the Premium Galleries and Community can be moderated by any number of appointed administrators. Responsibilities can be assigned to specific areas within the galleries allowing administrators ownership of certain types of content (for example, the 'Travel' section within the Public and Community galleries).
Content can be moderated under a choice of two policies: active and passive. Under the 'active' policy, content submitted from subscribers or third-party content providers, into the community and premium galleries respectively, is placed in to a 'holding area' where it must be approved to be available to end-users. Under the 'passive' policy, content is automatically placed into the destined public areas, but notification is sent to the moderator assigned to the part of the public gallery to which media was published, it is the decision of the moderator to check and possibly veto the content.

| Content Pricing |
 |
All premium content can be assigned with price codes, the values assigned to the pricing codes can be adjusted on-the-fly at any time using the administration interface. |
| Bulk Content Import |
 |
Bulk import of content from third-party content providers can be triggered through the Administration interface. The process is supported by a configurable HTTP/XML interface, for more information on this, read our Technical Information section. |
| User Impersonation |
 |
An administrator may 'impersonate' any user of the system and browse through their content and hide or remove any content that is deemed inappropriate. |
| User Management |
 |
User accounts can be instantly created or deleted. The user creation process uses a 'user template' to determine what default content they receive, quota limit they initially receive and a number of other user-based settings. Administrators can create any number of different user templates to support a choice of service packages. The amount of disk space to which the user is entitled, the quota, can be adjusted on-the-fly by the user management tools. |
| System Diagnostics |
 |
Connections to external systems, such as the SMS-C or MMS-C gateways can be instantly checked using a control panel of simple diagnostic tests. |
