Online Inbox / Legacy Support

There are numerous reasons why subscribers on your network cannot receive MMS messages sent to them, whether it be due to incompatible handsets, roaming abroad, or not being provisioned for MMS, the Yospace MMS Online Inbox / Legacy Support provides a means for your customers to access these messages.

When integrated with your MMS-C, the Online Inbox / Legacy Support application will send an SMS inviting these customers to view their message securely online.

  • Integrates with external STI-compatible transcoder for message transcoding for PC display. In the absence of an external encoder, the application forces the use of QuickTime to display 3GP / AMR content, with instructions to the user how to get QuickTime if it is not installed.
