Skin Builder is a free tool to allow users to integrate their own skins into the SmartPhone Emulator (all editions).

Create your own cool skins in the graphics software of your choice and use Skin Builder to identify the active components of your design. Animate these components using your graphics software and bring the whole project into SmartPhone Emulator Web site Edition, Developer Edition, or JavaBean Edition.
